Michael A. Chiaradio is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer

Joseph Auburn Donaldson, CBO, Board Member

Joseph was a 33rd Round selection in the 2010 MLB Draft by the Baltimore Orioles and he has played in multiple professional leagues. He has a background in Player Development and the creation of Media Content.

Monica Meadows, MA, Board Member

Monica was a standout at Rollins College where she earned multiple accolades including All-Region, All-American, and Conference Player of the Year. She served two seasons as an Assistant Coach at the University of West Florida before taking over as the Head Coach at Coastal Alabama. Monica has earned two Master's Degrees, one in Human Resource Management and the other in Physical Education.

Matt Jordon, COO, Board Member

Matt spent three seasons with the Tampa Bay Rays Short-A Affiliate (The Hudson Valley Renegades) and spent two seasons working in the New York Mets organization.

Gene Swank, Advisory Board

Gene is a highly accomplished Serial Entrepreneur who has held leadership positions in numerous market sectors including software engineering, government agency relations, and artificial intelligence. He founded and built a printing corporation that is worth over $5 Million from bootstrap scratch in his home garage, expanding to 9 countries. He is currently working on an educational technology that will maximize a child’s retention using a science-based algorithm to optimize screen-time during computer learning.

Oscar Suarez, MA, Advisory Board

Oscar Suarez is an MLBPA certified agent with over 25 years of experience. He has worked in the USA and foreign baseball markets and negotiated numerous contracts for his players which have included the likes of Armando Reynoso, Joakim Soria, Leo García, Francisco Cordova, Elmer Dessens, Ed Vosberg, Juan Castro, Dennys Reyes, Jolbert Cabrera, Ricardo Rincón and Balbino Gálvez amongst others. He has also helped several management personnel with their contractual needs; amongst them are Al Pedrique, Tim Johnson, Charlie Montoyo and his son Gabriel Suarez. Oscar has a Bachelors degree from Florida Atlantic University and a Masters degree from the University of Denver, both with majors in Accounting. He was born in Cuba and spent his youth years in Puerto Rico before commencing his college studies in the USA. He heads Suarez & Associates, LLC and is a frequent panel speaker with SMWW, a leading sports educational institution. Oscar is also fluent in Spanish.

Betsy Voreacos, Advisory Board

Betsy is a creative and versatile writer with vast experience in merging ideas and words to create effective and powerful marketing materials. Skilled in a wide range of writing styles, she delivers a quick turnaround while bringing each project to life with a unique and refreshing voice. With a degree in Advertising from West Virginia University, Betsy turned her lifelong love for storytelling into a profession. After nearly a decade as the Senior Copywriter at CNBC, she left the corporate world to pursue motherhood and while doing so launched a prolific freelance writing career.

Mallory Radwitch, MA, Advisory Board

Mallory is the Head Softball Coach at Coastal Alabama - South. She has guided her team to a Southern Division Championship, a school record 43-win season, and a first place finish in the Southern Division. As a graduate of Baker High School she grew up in Mobile, AL and was a member of the Honeybees State Championship softball team in 2005. Mallory continued her playing career at Faulkner State where she played both volleyball and softball. While at Faulkner she received the President's Award, was a member of the All-Alabama Academic Team, and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa. After graduating from Faulkner State with an Associate's Degree in General Studies, she attend Belhaven University in Jackson, MS, where she also played softball. While there she received honors for the 3.0 Blazer Club, All-Region, All-Conference and NAIA and NFCA 1st Team All-American Honors. She currently holds the record for most home runs in a season (18) and highest batting average in a season (.485) at Belhaven. After graduating with her B.S. in Psychology she was then a graduate assistant for two years at Belhaven. In 2010 she and the coaching staff received NFCA NAIA East Region Coaching Staff of the Year honors. In 2011 she received her Masters Degree in Public Administration from Belhaven University. Mallory was a member of coaching staff for 2017 NJCAA All-Star Team that competed in the prestigious Canada Cup.

JJ Jimenez, Advisory Board

JJ has been in Law Enforcement for over 25 years and a Business Owner for over 13 years. JJ put a high emphasis on helping and assisting Student Athletes in creating life changing opportunity thru sports. He is the founder of E1 Prospects Fastpitch Softball Organization with teams in multiple states and owner of Yuma Fastpitch. He is also the State Director for Fastpitch American Softball Organization (FASA) for Southern California, Arizona and New Mexico. JJ is currently the Assistant Varsity Softball Coach for Imperial High School.

Kalee Patterson, MA, Head of Sports Psychology and Mental Training

Kalee founded Mental Edge Plus, a firm committed to mental skills training and effective communication. She is also the Head Recruiting Coach for the NCSA and a contributing author for L & S Publishing. Kalee earned a Master's degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology.
