Michael A. Chiaradio is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer

Joseph Auburn Donaldson, CBO, Board Member

Joseph was a 33rd round selection in the 2010 MLB Draft by the Baltimore Orioles and he has played in multiple professional leagues. He has a background in player development and the creation of media content. Joseph oversees fan engagement for the American Softball Association (ASBA).

Matt Jordon, COO, Board Member

Matt spent three seasons with the Tampa Bay Rays Short-A Affiliate (The Hudson Valley Renegades) and spent two seasons working in the New York Mets organization. Matt is the Director of Player Personnel for the American Softball Association.

Steven Nunez, Board Member

Steven graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management. His media career began in 2016 when he launched his own podcast that focused on hot topics in the world of sports. Steven serves as the head Play-by-Play announcer for the ASBA Network and he is a founding partner of ASBA Real Estate Investments.

Anthony Berroa, CTO, Board Member

Anthony is an information technology specialist for the global startup, WeWork. He is an expert in developing, qualifying, and validating advanced and emerging technology. Prior to joining WeWork, Anthony was an infrastructure administrator for multiple New York City-based technology firms. As such, Anthony has a wealth of experience leading Research and Development efforts and delivering innovative technology value across a broad spectrum of developed applications and data center infrastructures. Anthony is a graduate of Eastern Nazarene College where he received a BS in Engineering Studies.

Gene Swank, Advisory Board

Gene is a highly accomplished Serial Entrepreneur who has held leadership positions in numerous market sectors including software engineering, government agency relations, and artificial intelligence. He founded and built a printing corporation that is worth over $5 Million from bootstrap scratch in his home garage, expanding to 9 countries. He is currently working on an educational technology that will maximize a child’s retention using a science-based algorithm to optimize screen-time during computer learning.

Betsy Voreacos, Advisory Board

Betsy is a creative and versatile writer with vast experience in merging ideas and words to create effective and powerful marketing materials. Skilled in a wide range of writing styles, she delivers a quick turnaround while bringing each project to life with a unique and refreshing voice. With a degree in Advertising from West Virginia University, Betsy turned her lifelong love for storytelling into a profession. After nearly a decade as the Senior Copywriter at CNBC, she left the corporate world to pursue motherhood and while doing so launched a prolific freelance writing career.

Jim Stennett, Advisory Board

Jim has been the Sports Information Director at Spring Hill College since 2007 after serving as the Assistant SID at Auburn University Montgomery (AUM) in 2006-07. The Southern States Athletic Conference named Jim the Sports Information Director of the Year in 2012 and he played an integral role in the launch of the ASBA in 2018.

Mallory Radwitch, MA, Advisory Board

Mallory is the Head Softball Coach at Coastal Alabama - South. She has guided her team to a Southern Division Championship, a school record 43-win season, and a first place finish in the Southern Division. As a graduate of Baker High School she grew up in Mobile, AL and was a member of the Honeybees State Championship softball team in 2005. Mallory continued her playing career at Faulkner State where she played both volleyball and softball. While at Faulkner she received the President's Award, was a member of the All-Alabama Academic Team, and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa. After graduating from Faulkner State with an Associate's Degree in General Studies, she attend Belhaven University in Jackson, MS, where she also played softball. While there she received honors for the 3.0 Blazer Club, All-Region, All-Conference and NAIA and NFCA 1st Team All-American Honors. She currently holds the record for most home runs in a season (18) and highest batting average in a season (.485) at Belhaven. After graduating with her B.S. in Psychology she was then a graduate assistant for two years at Belhaven. In 2010 she and the coaching staff received NFCA NAIA East Region Coaching Staff of the Year honors. In 2011 she received her Masters Degree in Public Administration from Belhaven University. Mallory was a member of coaching staff for 2017 NJCAA All-Star Team that competed in the prestigious Canada Cup.
